Mandatory Requirement: This opening is strictly reserved for sales professionals with a solid background in Ceiling Fans, Home Appliances, and LED Lighting . Candidates must possess deep-rooted channel sales experience and solid distributor networks within these specific categories. The incumbent will oversee primary and secondary sales delivery, manage distribution health, lead frontline sales executives,



and build deep counter-level presence across electrical hardware, appliance stores, and wholesale trade. Key Responsibilities Target & Revenue Delivery: Formulate and execute territory-level sales plans to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (volume and value) across fans, appliances, and LED products. Distributor & Retail Expansion: Identify, appoint, and nurture distributors, sub-dealers, and retail outlets across primary and secondary towns in Murshidabad, Birbhum, and Nadia. Secondary Sales & Beat Discipline: Enforce strict Permanent Journey Plans (PJP) and beat discipline for Sales Officers / Territory Executives to maximize counter-level extraction and secondary stock rotation.
