Job description: International Holiday Sales Specialist – Inside Sales Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years Industry: International Travel / Luxury Travel / Tour Operator About the Role We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented International Holiday Sales Specialist – Inside Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for converting inbound travel enquiries into confirmed international holiday bookings and generating revenue. This is a consultative sales role involving customer interaction, destination consultation, customized holiday proposals, follow-ups, objection handling, negotiation and closing. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling international holiday packages/FITs, solid destination knowledge, excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to convert leads into revenue. - Handle and respond to inbound international travel enquiries/leads received through website, digital marketing, WhatsApp, phone, referrals and other channels.



- Understand the customer's destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests and expectations. - Act as a travel consultant and recommend suitable international destinations, hotels, experiences and holiday packages. - Prepare and present customized holiday proposals and itineraries. - Work with internal product/operations teams and DMCs to develop competitive packages where required. - Follow up systematically with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and email. - Build trust and rapport with customers throughout the sales process. - Handle customer objections related to price, itinerary, hotels, destination and competition. - Negotiate effectively while maintaining the company's required margins. - Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and revenue. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of hotels, room upgrades, transfers, experiences, tours and other travel services. - Maintain accurate
