Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Kolkata (On-site) Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: 6 to 10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Linneea Advertising & Linneea Creative Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead sales operations across the Kolkata market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, lead generation, and revenue growth, with proven experience in the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. - Drive recent business acquisition through B2B, B2C, and D2C sales channels. - Generate high-quality leads using modern lead generation and sales intelligence tools. - Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and successfully close business deals.



- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance goals. - Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic MIS reports. - Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive revenue-focused initiatives. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to strengthen business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA is not mandatory (Candidates with an MBA will be given additional preference). - 6 to10 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Generation. - Prior experience in the Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Creative Agency industry will be highly preferred. - Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, and D2C sales models and customer acquisition strategies. - H
