nAbout the Role :
nWe are looking for an execution-focused Associate Project Manager to support health and wellness programs, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

nKey Responsibilities :

- n
- Support planning, execution, and tracking of health & wellness programs.n
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery.n
- Track client progress, identify gaps, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.n
- Track project KPIs,



timelines, and action items and provide regular updates to the Project Manager & CMO.n
- Support SOPs, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.n
- Proactively identify problems and work across teams to drive resolution.n

nWhat We're Looking For :
n
- n
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, health-tech, consulting, operations, or startups.n
- Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.n
- Client-first mindset with robust attention to detail and ownership.n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.n
- Exposure to 0→1 / 1→100 journeys is a strong advantage.n
- PMP certification is a plus.n
