Job Description
About the Role:
nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; to provide technical consulting services, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, customization and optimization of the platform for our clients to meet business requirements. As a Technical Architect, you will work closely with client and functional team to understand the business process and requirements.

- Design an end-to-end solution that aligns with business requirements and is scalable.n
- Deliver positive user experience by ensuring no bottlenecks on performancen
- Work with stakeholders / functional team to understand requirements and map them to the functionality in Dynamics 365 F&O.;n
- Configure and customize D365 F&O; to meet specific business requirements, including Finance, Commece and Supply Chain and system integration needs.n
- Implement best practices for the team.n




- Provide expert guidance to clients on using Dynamics 365 F&O; wherever required.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.n
- Provide support during and after the system implementation.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring high client satisfaction and system performance.n
- Stay updated on the latest product features, upgrades, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.n
- Document / review SSD (Systems Specification Document), integration document, overall architecture and any other project-related technical documents.n
