Job Description
Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote (India) | Offices in Bengaluru & Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate to 2 Weeks Preferred Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. Implement, configure, and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog. Manage and enhance ITOM capabilities including CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and CMDB integrations. Support Security Operations modules including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR), along with integrations such as Qualys. Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and Service Portal solutions. Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and Automation Engine. Perform platform upgrades, patch updates, health checks, and production support activities. Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI components using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and SQL.



Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support for incidents, requests, and enhancements. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules. Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management , and integrations. Experience with Service Portal Development . Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and SQL . Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow Automation capabilities. Experience handling platform upgrades, patching, and production support.
