- Design and build solutions for complex business workflowsn
- Understanding the user persona and deliver a slick experiencen
- AI tool usage, how effectively and quickly the candidate is able to code using AIn
- use AI to generate HLD and LLD documents. Get it reviewed by the AI, evaluate whether the suggestion given by the AI tool is right. Also, use AI to code some of the key componentsn
- Take end to end ownership of components and be responsible for the subsystems that you work on from design, code, testing, integration, deployment, enhancements, etc.n
- Write high-quality code and taking responsibility for their taskn
- Solve performance bottlenecksn
- Mentor junior engineersn
- Communicate and collaborate with management, product, QA, UI/UX teamsn

nMinimum Qualification

- n
- Bachelor/Master's in computer science or relevant fieldsn
- 5+ years of relevant experiencen
- Strong sense of ownershipn
- Excellent Java and object-oriented development skillsn
- Experience working on AI Tools like Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer,claudeAI, CodeGeeX, Tabnine, MutableAI, Codacy ectc... for code review & code generation.n
- LLM's hands-on for Solution or integration experiencen
- Experience in building and scaling microservicesn
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting and diagnosingn
- Expected to be a role model for young engineers, have a strong sense of code quality and enforce coden
- quality within the teamn
- Strong knowledge in RDBMS and NoSql technologiesn
- Experience in developings for enterprise systems like eCommerce / manufacturing / supply chain etcn
