nWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) to join our team. This prospect is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their Company Secretary qualification or are semi-qualified and looking to build their career with a well-established mid-sized Practising Company Secretary (PCS) firm.
nAbout the Role
nThe role offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliance, secretarial practices, regulatory filings, and advisory work across diverse clients.
nResponsibilities

- n
- Assist in company incorporation, ROC filings, and other statutory compliances.n
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.n
- Draft board resolutions, meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.n
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.n
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.n
- Support due diligence, secretarial audits, and corporate restructuring assignments.n




- Track compliance calendars and ensure timely statutory filings.n
- Assist senior professionals in advisory and compliance-related assignments.n

nQualifications

- n
- Semi-Qualified Company Secretary, or Qualified Company Secretary with up to 1 year of experience.n
- Candidates who have completed (or are proposing to complete) their articleship/training under a Practising Company Secretary (PCS) will be preferred.n

nRequired Skills

- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate secretarial practices.n
- Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills.n
- Proficiency in MS Office.n
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional PCS environment.n
