- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with plant HR teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR initiatives across all locations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in factory HR or related field.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, taxation, payroll management, salary structures, and benefits.
- Excellent understanding of HR compliance requirements in an industrial setting.
