Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior React Developer to design, build, and optimize modern web applications with a solid focus on usability, scalability, performance, and maintainability. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in React, JavaScript or TypeScript, component-driven architecture, state management, and front-end engineering best practices. This role also requires technical leadership, close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams, and active mentoring of junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, reusable, and high-quality front-end applications using React.

Translate business and user requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable UI solutions.

Build reusable components, shared libraries, and front-end patterns for consistent development across applications.

Optimize application performance using techniques such as memoization, lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient rendering strategies.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Implement robust state management solutions using tools such as Redux, Context API, or equivalent patterns.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards are met.

Write unit, integration, and component tests to improve reliability and maintainability.

Review code, enforce development standards, and drive best practices in architecture, testing, and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI defects, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the engineering team.

Required Skills and Experience





5+ years of experience in front-end or web application development.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js in enterprise or large-scale web applications.

Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and/or TypeScript.

Strong understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, functional components, and modern React patterns.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern UI styling approaches.

Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.

Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Working knowledge of Git, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.

Strong understanding of web application performance, debugging, and browser developer tools.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript-based React applications.

Exposure to Next.js or other modern React frameworks.

Experience with component libraries, design systems, or micro-frontend architecture.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and front-end security best practices.

Familiarity with GraphQL, modern build tools, and performance monitoring tools.

Experience working in cloud-based or enterprise software environments.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
