About the Opportunity

Looking to start your career in the staffing and recruitment industry?

Lemora Global is expanding its team and is looking for energetic, proactive, and career-focused freshers and interns who are interested in building a long-term career in staffing and recruitment.

No prior staffing experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, communicate confidently, and work in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

Learn the fundamentals of staffing and recruitment
Assist with candidate sourcing and screening
Work with recruitment platforms and job portals
Communicate with candidates and internal recruitment teams
Support day-to-day staffing and hiring activities
Build qualified communication, sourcing, and recruitment skills

Who We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates or candidates looking to begin their career
Strong communication skills
Proactive and willing to learn




Comfortable working the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST shift
Able to work onsite from our Banjara Hills office
Interested in building a career in recruitment and staffing
