Role & responsibilities

1. Handling escalation and follow up to ensure resolution.

2. Quick learner and open to feedback.

3. An ability to priorities and manage a heavy workload and under pressure of tight deadlines.

4. Follow up with assigned customers on invoice related issues

5. Manage invoice aging

6. Outbound customer calls

7. Monitor Invoice Aging

8. Follow up for billing related issues until its gets resolved and payment has been proceed
