- Capacity: 7200 MT/year

- Water treatment plant

- Brine chilling plant

- Wastewater Treatment Plant (Chemical & Biological)

- Tank farm.

- Three established power sources.

- Refrigerated storages.

- Air compressor and air distribution system

Boiler

a) Efficient Operation of Diesel Generator, power change over, test run of DG.

b) Efficient operation of the Brine chilling plant. Continuous monitoring of various parameters to maintain the required temperature for production.

c) Productive operation of the Wastewater Plant & routine checks of various parameters to sustain the quality of treatment.

Ensure safe Unloading of chemicals received in tanker into the bulk storage tanks with coordinating with QC & Production.

e) Ensure safe storage of Products by monitor and maintain the refrigeration unit of storage areas.

f) Efficient operation to produce quality filter water, soft water and demineralised water to ensure continuous operation.

g) Maintain the quality and the pressure of the Air generated from the Air compressor and ensure non-stoppage in the air distribution system.

h) Operating the Steam boiler with energy efficient.

i) Daily inspection of all tank farms on safety front.
