About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to sell high-end properties in Dubai to Indian and international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market as well as the Indian real estate market, and a proven track record in selling premium/luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell high-end and luxury properties in Dubai to Indian and international clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients interested in Dubai real estate.
- Guide clients on Dubai real estate options, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Dubai project sales.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Proven experience in selling high-end/luxury properties (Dubai real estate experience preferred).
- Knowledge:
- Positive understanding of the Dubai real estate market.




- Good understanding of the Indian real estate market.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with HNI and NRI clients.
- Self-driven, with a strong focus on generating revenue.
- Preferred: Prior experience working with Dubai developers, NRI clients, or international property sales.
- Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
