Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Work on various employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Track and manage candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).




- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with direct clients, MSP, or VMS requirements.
- Solid sourcing and networking skills.
