- Identify current business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing clients.
- Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities for insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for CASA sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of CASA acquisition processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
