Role & responsibilities

Required Skills

- Robust programming experience in Python.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and LLM application development.
- Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, Llama or similar models.
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Vector Databases and Semantic Search.
- Knowledge of NLP, Transformers, embeddings, tokenization, and attention mechanisms.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, CI/CD, and software development best practices.

Good to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.




- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool/function calling.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and open-source models.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud AI services.
- Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of AI security, guardrails, responsible AI, prompt injection prevention, and data privacy.
- Experience with Gen AI evaluation and observability tools.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
