Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.

- Identify, target, and develop business relationships with Tier-1 vendors / Prime Vendors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, job boards, and networking.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of opportunities in the US IT staffing domain.
- Understand client requirements and work with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
- Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Existing vendor/client relationships that can bring quick closures.
- Experience with large-scale IT staffing or niche technology staffing.
- Work closely with internal teams (Recruiters, Delivery Managers, Account Managers) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Work Timings: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
