Role & Responsibilities

1. Must currently hold a managerial position in a reputable ice cream company or dairy.

2. Must speak Marathi, Hindi and English

3. Must have hands-on experience handling and calibrating laboratory instruments for analysis.

4. Who is well-versed in FSSAI and Legal Metrology rules and regulations.

8. Has worked in an workplace where HACCP/GMP/ ISO 22000 is implemented.

9. Can manage QA activities and train personnel from other departments to ensure product quality.

11. Knows how to perform RCA and CAPA

12. Knows complete documentation as per ISO standards.
