Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Build and maintain robust APIs and microservices to support front-end and back-end integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices for software development and coding standards.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes in a timely manner.
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure code quality across the team.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the platform, ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field,



or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong expertise in back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages, and experience with frameworks such as Express, Django, Kafka or Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with deploying scalable applications in a cloud environment.

Understanding of AI models, platforms, LLM’s, and familiar with Stack.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), Github Action, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Solid communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
