Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support project-based and account-based marketing initiatives for a global geotechnical products company. The role involves market and project intelligence, contact discovery, account research, personalized outreach, and CRM management under the guidance of the Sales Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor construction projects, capital investments, and contract awards using AI-assisted tools.
- Build and enrich target account lists, including Owners, EPCs, GCs, and Developers.
- Identify and validate key buying committee contacts such as CXOs, VPs, Project Controls, and PMO.
- Conduct account research and prepare actionable account briefs.
- Execute personalized multi-channel outreach through Email and LinkedIn.
- Perform initial qualification and screening calls as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce, including activities, opportunities, and stages.
- Support follow-up activities to increase the front-end capacity of the clients North America Sales Team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3 to 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Research.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Candidates with prior exposure to Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Industrial B2B domains will be preferred.
