- Supervise cashiers and daily cash counter operations.
- Ensure accurate billing, payments, and cash handling.
- Manage cash reconciliation and daily closing.
- Monitor UPI, card, cash, and other transactions.
- Resolve billing/customer issues and support smooth checkout.
- Train and guide cashiers on SOPs and cash-handling procedures.
- Prepare cash and transaction reports and ensure compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 5 to 7 years of working experience as cashier in any retail.
- Experience in handling cashiers and cash counter operations.
- Good knowledge of POS, billing, UPI, card, and cash transactions.
- Strong cash reconciliation and accuracy skills.
- Positive customer service and communication skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lead and train cashier staff.
