Job Summary

T&M; Services Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in developing modern, scalable, and responsive web applications.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience with React.js, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AI/LLM API integration. The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end applications and integrating AI-powered features into business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js.

Develop backend applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Python and FastAPI.

Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB databases, queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.

Integrate frontend, backend, database, and third-party services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Integrate AI/LLM APIs, including Google Gemini, Vertex AI, and OpenAI API.

Develop and implement authentication, authorization, API validation, middleware, and exception handling.

Deploy and manage applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across frontend, backend, database, and API layers.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and API response times.

Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development.





Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and maintain API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.

Frontend:

Backend:

Python, FastAPI, RESTful APIs, Authentication & Authorization, Middleware, Exception Handling, Async Programming, Swagger/OpenAPI

MongoDB, Aggregation Pipelines, Indexing, Schema/Data Modelling, Database Optimization

AI/LLM:

AI/LLM API Integration, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI API

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

1–2 years of qualified experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, React.js, and MongoDB.

Valuable understanding of RESTful API development and web application architecture.

Familiarity with Git and software development practices.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
