Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Product Sales & Demo Specialist who can effectively demonstrate CRM, SaaS, and AI-powered products to prospective clients and drive product adoption and sales.

Our product can be used with or without Salesforce and supports multiple CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot, Multilingual AI voice Agent as well as standalone deployments.

The ideal candidate should have strong product demonstration, client interaction, presentation, communication, and sales skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and explain technology products in a simple, clear, and convincing manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for prospective clients and customers.
- Demonstrate CRM, SaaS, and AI-powered products based on client business requirements.
- Understand customer needs and map them to relevant product features, capabilities, and solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, product walkthroughs, discovery discussions, and sales conversations.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, use cases, and business value.
- Demonstrate product integrations and use cases across CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot, Multilingual AI voice Agent as well as standalone solutions.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, chance progression, and conversion of prospects into customers.
- Handle client questions, concerns, and objections during product demonstrations and sales discussions.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to prepare customized product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Follow up with prospects after product demonstrations and support the sales closure process.
- Stay updated on CRM platforms, SaaS solutions, AI products, and emerging technology trends.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Product Sales, Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, CRM Sales, Pre-Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience in product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Positive understanding of CRM products or platforms.
- Experience with any CRM platform such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Freshsales, Pipedrive, or similar is acceptable.
- Salesforce experience is preferred but NOT mandatory.
- Exposure to AI products, SaaS products, or technology solutions will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate product features into clear business benefits.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients and business stakeholders.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.

- Experienced in selling or demonstrating CRM, SaaS, IT, or technology products.
- Passionate about technology, CRM, SaaS, and AI solutions.
- Strong in communication, presentation, and storytelling.
- Able to understand business requirements and demonstrate solutions accordingly.
- Comfortable interacting with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Sales-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Capable of independently handling product demos, client discussions, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
