We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance implementations and support. The candidate should have robust functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules and experience in business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user support.
Key Skills:
- Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
- Functional configuration and setup
- Requirement gathering and Fit-Gap analysis
- Month-end and Year-end financial processes
- UAT, SIT, and production support
- Data migration and reconciliation
- Oracle Fusion reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Client interaction and stakeholder management
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios.
- Support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
- Provide post-production support and issue resolution.
Preferred:
- At least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation.
- Experience in support/upgrade projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
