Role & responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day warehouse and store operations.
- Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and other items from suppliers.
- Check quantity, item details, expiry dates, and physical condition of materials received.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining inward and outward stock records.
- Issue materials to production/outlets as per approved requirements.
- Arrange and store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices to avoid expiry and material wastage.
- Maintain accurate stock records and support regular physical stock verification.
- Assist in stock counting and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or expired materials to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper documentation for material receipt, issue, transfer, and returns.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients and packaging materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Support monthly/periodic inventory audits.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Operations teams for smooth material movement.
- Perform other warehouse/store-related activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or related operations.




- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and warehouse operations is preferred.
- Valuable numerical and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock carefully.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
- Candidates with experience in Bakery, Food, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
