Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the FMCG industry to drive sales, expand market reach, and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners. The role involves regular market visits, order generation, product promotion, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers on a daily basis.
- Generate current business and increase sales within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and new customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Take orders and coordinate with the concerned team for timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper market execution.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




- Collect customer and market feedback and share it with management.
- Maintain daily visit, sales, order, and collection reports.

Requirements

- Experience: 13 years of experience in FMCG Field Sales is mandatory.
- Industry Preference: FMCG candidates only.
- Good knowledge of the local market and retail distribution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for daily field visits.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in Retail Sales, Distributor Management, or FMCG product sales will be preferred.
