Process Optimisation & Cycle Time Reduction/: To cut cycle times, setup times, and production waste, examine manufacturing workflows, perform time and motion studies, and apply Lean technologies /(SMED, Kaizen, Kanban/). Shop Floor Supervision and Manpower Allocation/: Oversee daily shift operations, assign skilled and unskilled workers to different workstations, enforce SOPs, and promote 5S discipline on the shop floor.



Yield Enhancement & Scrap Control/: Keep an eye on First Pass Yield /(FPY/) and scrap rates during production runs; work with Quality Assurance teams to look into non/-conformities and take prompt corrective action and line containment.
