Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager Cross Sell TPP to drive the sales of third-party products and financial products to existing and recent customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of TPP products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, CASA and other financial products.
- Generate business through cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure quality business generation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / Insurance Sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in TPP, Cross Sell, CASA, Insurance, Mutual Funds or Credit Card sales will be preferred.
