The Deputy Manager Business Development will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the respective districts .The role requires strong expertise in the Building Materials industry, proven ability in channel sales, and an established dealer/sub-dealer network in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Building Materials sector.
- Channel Sales Management – Strengthen and expand dealer and sub-dealer networks across Tirunelveli & Tuticorin.
- Revenue Growth – Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability within the assigned territory.
- Market Expansion – Develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets and increase brand visibility.
- Client Relationship – Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement corrective measures.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, supply chain,
and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
