Role Overview

Drive business growth through the Agency sales network by recruiting, training, and managing Unit Managers/Agency Managers to expand advisor networks and achieve health insurance premium targets.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Network Expansion: Drive the recruitment, activation, and retention of Health Insurance Agents and Advisors through field teams.

Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly and annual health insurance targets across individual, family, and specialized policy sales.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Agency Managers/Unit Managers to drive agent productivity, portfolio growth, and sales discipline.

Operations & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI guidelines, compliance standards, high policy persistence, and accurate underwriting documentation.

Key Requirements

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience: 47 years in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or BFSI within the Agency distribution channel.

Skills: Solid field team management, agent recruitment capabilities, IRDAI compliance knowledge, and local market understanding
