Job Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Talent Acquisition & Bench Sales professional for a hybrid role involving both recruitment and bench sales/consultant marketing.

This is a dual-responsibility position where the candidate will be expected to manage Talent Acquisition activities while also supporting the company's bench strength and consultant placements. The candidate should be comfortable switching between recruiting and bench sales responsibilities based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition and IT recruitment activities.
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals based on current and upcoming requirements.
- Identify suitable candidates and consultants to build and maintain the company's bench.
- Understand market demand and proactively recruit consultants with in-demand technical skills.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and available consultants.
- Market and promote bench consultants against relevant job requirements.
- Search for job openings through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and other sources.
- Submit qualified consultants against matching requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, recruiters, and implementation partners.
- Negotiate consultant rates and placement terms.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage follow-ups through the hiring process.
- Generate new vendor/client leads and expand the business network.




- Maintain accurate records of consultant availability, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Monitor US IT staffing trends, technologies, job requirements, and market rates.
- Work closely with the recruiting and sales teams to meet business and placement targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, US IT Recruitment, Bench Sales, or IT Staffing.
- Experience in both recruiting and bench sales is preferred.
- Robust understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify candidates based on technical requirements.
- Ability to market consultants and generate opportunities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to work US night shifts.
- Must be comfortable working 100% on-site in Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

Role Expectation
