Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of safety or mission-critical real-time embedded software in compliance with DO-178B and DOD-STD-2167A standards.

Required Skills

- Experience in hands-on software development and troubleshooting on embedded targets like PowerPC, ARM, Cold fire architecture-based controllers
- Solid programming experience in C, C++, Embedded C, Ada95/2012 languages. Assembly language for power pc architecture
- Excellent knowledge of RS232, RS422, TCP/IP, UDP, AFDX, MIL-STD-1553B protocols and experience in driver development
- Knowledge of UML, SYSML and YAML

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and as per committed scope.

- Ensure full compliance with DO-178B and DOD-STD-2167A standards.
- Achieve high product quality through rigorous verification and process discipline.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical, schedule,



and compliance risks.
- Build, lead, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
- Improve delivery efficiency and compliance maturity. 8 to 10+ years of experience in embedded software development programs

Secondary Skills (migrated)

Experience of working in IDEs like GHS AdaMulti, GNAT compiler, Visual Studio, Tornado

- Experience of working in tools like HCL One test, IBM Rhapsody, MATLAB, Simulink, IBM Clearcase, IBM Explicit quest
- Exposure to DO-178B/C, DOD2167A standards
