The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for managing the complete dispatch and delivery process at HiBox Packaging Industries. The role involves coordinating with the production, stores and sales teams to ensure that finished goods are dispatched accurately, on time and as per customer requirements.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Ensure the correct quantity, specifications and quality of boxes are dispatched.
- Coordinate loading, transportation and delivery with drivers/transporters.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans and related documentation.
- Track deliveries and follow up on pending/failed deliveries.
- Coordinate with production and stores to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
- Optimize vehicle loading and transportation costs.
- Ensure proper handling and protection of boxes during loading and transit.
- Report daily dispatch status and pending orders to management.
- Maintain discipline and efficiency among loading/dispatch staff.
- Main objective: Ensure 100% accurate, timely and cost-effective dispatches while maintaining excellent customer service.
