Seeking an experienced Manager AI Application Support (L2) to lead Level 2 support operations for a growing portfolio of AI-powered applications. The role will be responsible for incident management, service delivery, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, knowledge management, and continuous improvement of AI support processes.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 1014 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Service Operations, or ITSM environments.
- Robust understanding of OpenAI, Azure AI, Generative AI applications, and common AI platform issues.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Strong cloud knowledge across Azure, with exposure to AWS/GCP.
- Experience leading support teams, managing SLAs,
driving root cause analysis, and coordinating with engineering/product teams.
- Exposure to AI/ML production environments, LLMOps/MLOps, monitoring tools, and automation/scripting is highly desirable.
- Ability to scale support operations, establish governance, and drive continuous service improvement.
