Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Collection Field Executive to manage collections and recovery activities for Home Loan customers. The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to customers for collection of overdue Home Loan payments.
- Follow up with customers on pending EMIs and resolve repayment issues.
- Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely recovery.
- Maintain collection records and submit regular reports.
- Coordinate with branch and operations teams for recovery-related activities.
- Achieve monthly collection targets as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections/recovery,



preferably in Home Loans, LAP, or other secured loans.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in the field and travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of collection processes and repayment tracking.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
