Job Title: Manager DPP Accounting Group (US GAAP & IFRS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified accounting professional with strong expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and technical accounting advisory to support complex accounting matters, financial reporting, and accounting policy initiatives. The role involves working closely with global stakeholders, researching accounting standards, and providing technical guidance on complex transactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Research and interpret US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex business transactions.
- Review financial statements, disclosures, and SEC filings.
- Assist in drafting accounting policies, technical memos, and accounting guidance.
- Support implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and leadership teams on accounting matters.
- Monitor FASB and IASB developments and assess business impact.




- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- CA / CPA / ACCA qualified.
- 6–10 years of experience in Technical Accounting, Accounting Advisory, DPP, National Office, Capital Markets, CMAAS, or FAAS.
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience in accounting policy, financial reporting, SEC reporting (10-K/10-Q), and technical accounting research.
- Big 4 experience preferred (KPMG, EY, PwC, Deloitte).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
