We are hiring Process Associates for our US Healthcare International Voice Process in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for handling calls from US-based members, patients, providers, and insurance representatives while providing accurate information and resolving healthcare-related queries.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle international calls related to US Healthcare, health insurance, claims, benefits, eligibility, billing, and authorizations.
- Assist US-based members, patients, and healthcare providers with accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer queries related to health insurance plans, coverage, benefits, claims status, eligibility, and billing.
- Understand and communicate healthcare benefits, medical terminology, insurance workflows, and plan information.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, doctors' offices, and internal teams whenever required.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, call details, transactions, and resolutions in the system.
- Handle escalations professionally and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Meet process KPIs such as Quality, CSAT, AHT, Productivity, Attendance, and Service Level.
- Provide a positive customer experience through professional, empathetic, and effective communication.




- Navigate healthcare/member websites and internal systems to assist customers effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate fresher candidates from Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related fields will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare, Health Insurance, Claims, Eligibility, Benefits, Billing, EOB, Authorizations, or RCM will be an advantage.
- Good computer knowledge with basic typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in Night shifts and rotational offs
