Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead operations for Popeyes outlets under Jubilant FoodWorks. The role involves managing day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Oversee complete restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure adherence to Popeyes brand standards, SOPs, and food safety norms
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and service

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently
- Drive team motivation, performance, and retention

Customer Experience:

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints effectively
- Build a customer-first culture within the team

Sales & Profitability:

- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor daily sales,



costs, and profitability metrics
- Control food and labor costs to maximize margins

Inventory & Compliance:

- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI standards)
- Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in QSR / restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in QSR brands .
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Customer-centric mindset
