WERE HIRING: INVENTORY MANAGER — D2C & E-COMMERCE

CRITERIA: Experience in D2C / E-commerce inventory management is preferred. We’re specifically looking for someone who understands product-based businesses, stock movement, inventory planning and the pace of a growing D2C brand.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Inventory Manager who can keep the backend moving as fast as the brands we build.

THIS IS NOT JUST A STOCK-MANAGEMENT ROLE.

You’ll be responsible for making sure we have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time — while keeping inventory accurate, organised and cost-efficient.

From procurement stock planning inward storage movement reconciliation reporting, you’ll own the inventory cycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage end-to-end inventory operations across our D2C product brands
- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, ageing and availability
- Forecast inventory requirements based on sales, demand and upcoming campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, logistics and internal teams




- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations
- Identify dead stock, excess inventory, stock-outs and inventory gaps
- Plan inventory around product launches, offers, campaigns and seasonal demand
- Track inventory KPIs and prepare regular reports for management
- Build and improve inventory processes and systems as we scale
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Performance & Brand teams

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2–6 years of experience in Inventory / Supply Chain / Operations

Hands-on experience managing inventory for D2C / E-commerce / product-based businesses

Robust understanding of stock planning, reconciliation, forecasting and inventory control

Experience working with warehouses, vendors and logistics partners

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with inventory data

Strong attention to detail — because one wrong number can become a very real problem

Someone who can spot an inventory issue before it becomes a business issue

Someone who can build systems, take ownership and keep things moving as we scale.

No candidates without relevant inventory / operations experience

No purely warehouse-supervision profiles

D2C / E-commerce experience is strongly preferred
