Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

- Oversee floor management, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and reduce costs.

- Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service skills.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in retail operations or related field (store management).

- Solid knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory systems.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.

- Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions (e.g., sales trends) .

- Proficiency in SAPs or similar software for managing financial transactions.
