Job Description

SIP Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Planning Engineer to manage planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination activities across multiple project sites.

The candidate should have strong experience in project planning and execution, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, site teams, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and work programs.

- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per the approved schedule.

- Prepare and update project schedules using planning software.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and site engineers.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Track project delays and prepare recovery plans where required.

- Coordinate drawings, technical requirements, and construction activities with the concerned teams.

- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources as per project requirements.

- Assist management with project planning, forecasting, and progress analysis.





- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and planning-related documentation.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

The candidate must have good knowledge of:

- Primavera P6

- Microsoft Project

- AutoCAD

- MS Excel (Advanced Level)

- MS Office

- Project Planning & Scheduling

- Drawing Coordination

- Client Coordination

- Other relevant planning and engineering software

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 7 years or above experience as a Planning Engineer.

- Solid knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination.

- Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or PMC projects will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and site activities.

- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
