Roles and Responsibilities :

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 15 to 20 yrs of experience with minimum 5 yrs exp as MEP lead

Key Accountabilities

- Strong understanding of Factories infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, PHE, FPS and networking etc
- Leading MEP works and be responsible for organizing & managing all MEP related resources and field activities to achieve an efficient and economic completion of the contract, within the agreed time and cost, whilst paying due regard to safety and meeting Product Quality requirements.
- Responsible for all the MEP related activities at the sites collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and other stakeholders, statutory authorities to ensure seamless project execution as per organization guidelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, regularly monitoring and reporting on project progress to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to ensure project success.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications,



fostering explicit and effective communication channels among all stakeholders.
- Report to and work closely with the Project Director, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project objectives and strategies.
- Responsible for submitting the invoices and collections from the client.
- Responsible to review & report MIS schedules to appropriate level of management.
- Responsible to ensure that the MEP works executed at the sites are as per the bylaws of the local government and authorities.
- Responsible for Implementing and establishing the QMS based on ISO and to perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
- Coordinate with the subordinate staff and execute the works in accordance with the planned schedules and the PQP.
- Assess manpower, equipment and other resources required to achieve milestone / target dates in coordination with Scheduling function.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
