Business Development Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to identify and secure new business leads.
- Build and nurture contacts with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update the database of prospective clients.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with potential clients.
- Assist in writing and developing business proposals.
- Ensure thorough knowledge of all product and service offerings to communicate effectively with clients.
- Engage visitors with prompt responses and qualified communication.
- Generate leads through live chat conversations.
- Follow the company’s procedures and guidelines for customer acquisition.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.

Skill-sets Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet targets within deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- Freshers with excellent communication and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
