Who We Are

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T;) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Roles And Responsibilities

Plan project communications – meetings, email etc. Facilitate key stakeholder updates. Create Minutes of Meetings.
Create and maintain project management documents based on set templates according to ISO / AS9100 standards.
Collaborate with the Systems Engineering(SE) Team to monitor and assess the technical progress of the project.
Track project health and schedule as laid down in the WBS plans via task management / team-oriented task management tools.
Monitor KPIs / milestones laid down for the project. Generate a report for PM to review.



Capture and share lessons learned through the execution of the project. Manage knowledge sharing between all stakeholders.
Identify, report, and monitor project risks. Collaborate with Systems Engineering(SE) Team to assess technical risks.
Work closely with the SCM and the finance teams to facilitate the procurement pertaining to the project. Monitor project expenditures and overall budget. Provide periodic updates via reports / dashboards.
Conduct market surveys, gather information supporting submissions of EOI / RFP / RFQ and other bids and proposals.
Creation of project status summary, project briefs, executive summaries etc. to facilitate management decisions.

Must Have Skills

Prior experience of working in the UAV industry.
1-2 years of experience in driving project planning and control roles.
Has working knowledge of PM tools like Microsoft Project / Wrike / ClickUp / Jira / SAP etc along with res
