Role Description The Senior Engineer – for Chassis Suspension System is responsible for the design, development, validation, and integration of Suspension for commercial vehicles including LCVs, HCVs, and buses.
The role involves suspension system layout development, component design, vehicle integration, Articulation study, Packaging study, supplier coordination, performance validation, and regulatory compliance.




The engineer will support Benchmark, concept design, 3D/2D development, cost optimization, and engineering release in alignment with QUCEV product roadmap and quality standards. The role requires strong mechanical design fundamentals, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver robust, cost-effective steering system solutions aligned with vehicle safety, durability, and handling performance.. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of chassis and suspension system design, vehicle dynamics, and structural design for commercial or electric vehicles.
Proficiency in CAD tool CREO for 3D modeling, drafting, and packaging studies of chassis and suspension components.
Experience with engineering analysis (e.g., strength and stiffness calculations, tolerance analysis, basic FEA understanding) and validation methodologies.
Certifications in GD&T;, DFMEA, o
