Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Configure and troubleshoot network devices, connectivity, and performance issues.
Monitor network availability, performance, and security.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, switches, routers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network protocols.
Configure and maintain VPN and remote-access solutions.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic Active Directory administration.
Support Windows/Linux systems and basic server administration.
Maintain network documentation, asset records, configurations, and IT procedures.
Monitor and troubleshoot network security issues in coordination with the IT/security team.
Perform regular system and network backups and assist with disaster recovery activities.




Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), vendors, and service providers for technical issues.
Provide technical support to employees for IT and networking-related problems.
Ensure timely resolution of IT/network incidents and service requests.
Assist in implementing IT infrastructure upgrades and network expansion projects.
