The Role:

The Senior Engineer, Infrastructure Operations is responsible for managing and enhancing the performance, reliability, and scalability of the company's core IT infrastructure. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, IT Operations, this role provides advanced technical leadership in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure systems across on-premises and cloud environments. The right candidate brings deep infrastructure expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership in delivering seamless IT services to internal users. Success in this role requires a combination of technical depth, operational discipline, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-impact technology setting.

Responsibilities:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex AWS infrastructure issues to ensure system availability and optimal performance
Assist IT Engineering with Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud services




Manage identity and access governance across platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta
Lead routine maintenance activities such as patching, backups, and capacity planning across critical systems
Support change, configuration, and asset management processes and ensure documentation is consistently maintained
Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and new technologies
Assist in disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity strategies
Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgement
