We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager - Real Estate to lead the sales team and drive revenue for our residential/commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned real estate projects.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against targets.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation → qualification → site visit → negotiation → booking → closure.
- Monitor leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, referrals, channel partners, and other sources.
- Ensure timely follow-up and minimise lead leakage.
- Personally handle high-value prospects, VIP customers, and important negotiations.
- Conduct project presentations and assist the team in handling complex customer requirements.
- Monitor site visits, conversion ratios, booking numbers, and revenue generated.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners,



property consultants, brokers, and investors.
- Identify new channel partners and develop partnerships to increase project sales.
- Train and mentor sales executives on prospecting, presentations, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Review daily sales activity and conduct regular team meetings.
- Analyse sales performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Accounts, Legal, Documentation, and Project Teams.
- Provide regular feedback to the management regarding market demand, customer behaviour, competition, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market activity.
- Develop strategies to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion rates.
- Support the team in negotiations and ensure deals are closed within approved commercial guidelines.
