Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring that machinery and equipment are produced safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This full time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves planning production schedules, managing shop floor resources, coordinating with design, procurement, and maintenance teams, and monitoring workflow to meet delivery commitments. The Production Manager will implement and improve production processes, track performance metrics, and address bottlenecks or quality issues. The role includes supervising and mentoring production staff, enforcing safety and compliance procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications
- 4 - 5 years Experience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of machinery fabrication, assembly processes, and industrial equipment, preferably related to plastics or recycling.




- Ability to implement and maintain quality control procedures, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Strong people management skills, including team supervision, task delegation, and performance monitoring on the shop floor.
- Proficiency in using basic production management tools and software for tracking inventory, orders, and schedules.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with design, procurement, maintenance, and sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Production Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in capital equipment or machinery manufacturing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
